- The Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) is seeking a Project Manager including European Degree development to CIVICA to join its Education Office. The role will coordinate SSE’s CIVICA activities across work packages, manage budgets and reporting, and lead the exploration and preparation of transforming the CIVICA Engage Track into a European Joint Bachelor’s Degree.
The position is a special fixed-term employment of nine months, with a possible extension.
Applicants should have experience in international project management, particularly Erasmus+ or Horizon Europe, as well as experience in the European higher education sector developing or implementing joint or double degree programmes. English is required.

- IE University is seeking a Coordinator, CIVICA Alliance (Temporary) to join its Provost's Office – Global Academic Partnerships team in Madrid. The role will support IE’s engagement in CIVICA, including project coordination, partner meetings, travel and expenses, budget management, internal communication and compliance across European-funded projects.
The position is full-time and based at the IE Tower in Madrid.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years of professional experience, and professional fluency in English and Spanish. Experience with European-funded programmes such as Erasmus+, Horizon Europe or EACEA is considered an asset.

The European Journal of Legal Studies (EJLS), a researcher-run law journal based at the European University Institute (EUI), is seeking new reviewers to join its Editorial Board. The opportunity is open to law researchers from CIVICA partner universities, and prior affiliation with EJLS is not required.
